Accessibility statement

Our target

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 level AA on the public site. This page lists what we have built to, and where we know we fall short. Accessibility work is ongoing, not a one-time claim.

What this site does

• Every page works with keyboard only. Skip-to-content is the first tab stop; a visible gold focus ring shows where you are at all times.
• The mobile menu is a native dialog: Escape closes it, focus returns to the button that opened it, and it works with screen readers.
• All text meets WCAG AA contrast (4.5:1 for body sizes, 3:1 for large display text) against the dark background. The palette was computed and tested, not eyeballed.
• Form fields have real labels, inline errors linked to their inputs, and errors are announced to assistive technology.
• If your device asks for reduced motion, animations and the moving strip are switched off or replaced with a still version automatically.
• Photos of people only appear with real photos; nothing is faked with stock imagery.

Known gaps

• The TikTok Agency Center link leaves this site; TikTok's own accessibility is outside our control.
• The founders' photos are stored in a sidecar file that some very old browsers may not display; in that case a described placeholder shows instead of the photo.
